All it took was a carrot 🥕🥕🥕

Couldn't be any more prouder of this lady than I do right now...

Rochelle's words:

"Although I wasn't over weight I was becoming frustrated that I couldn't shift the weight around my midriff and thighs, and despite my efforts I didn't have any muscle tone.

I initially signed up with Alina for 2 x online nutrition programs where I met and achieved my initial goals at the time but Alina could sense I was still hungry for more.

We organised another get together where she laid out a carrot for me to work towards for the next 6 months – a bikini photoshoot in Noosa National Park at the end of October....something I've never done and was way out of my comfort zone.

I have learned to be patient and trust that the results will come if I am consistent with my food choices and training.

I have learnt how to train "smarter not harder" and I still can't believe I have got the results and changed my body shape by doing less at the gym than I have ever done previously.

I have a new confidence in my body, not just in how it looks but more importantly with how strong I feel. I recently swam in in the Noosa Triathlon, something I wouldn't have done a year ago before commencing my MP journey.

I would like to acknowledge that my family has also learned from my MP journey, and that my soon to be teenage daughter now has a "role model" to follow and demonstrate that you don't need to "diet" to achieve a strong and healthy body and mind."

Alina knows what works for women wanting sustainable results and is great at motivating you to achieve your goals.

It's every trainer's dream to see their client reach their goals, but it's their huge smile on their face that's priceless 🌟🌟🌟
